HOW DOES THE COMPENSATION PLAN WORK?
(yes, I answer my phone personally!)
When you first join Coastal Vacations you will be known
as an “associate”. As an associate, you will
begin to market and advertise your new Coastal business
with the support and training of the director you joined
under. Here are several examples of the Pay Plan, using
Level I and II as our model.
EXAMPLE
#1
If you purchase a LEVEL 1 Package from a LEVEL
1 DIRECTOR...
QUALIFICATION: You must pass up your
first 2 Level 1 sales to your director, in order to become
a qualified director yourself.
Once you pass up those two sales you will then be qualified
as a Level I Director, and your Level 1 sales efforts
and commissions go directly to you!
Your
director earned $1000 + two additional training sales totaling $3,000.00
Note: Anytime a sale is passed up, the
receiving director not only gets the commission but also
gets to keep that person, as a continued part of his/her
direct marketing revenue. BECOMING A DIRECTOR
IS GREAT, ISN’T IT?!
EXAMPLE
#2
If you purchase a LEVEL 2 Package from a LEVEL
2 DIRECTOR...
QUALIFICATION: You must pass up your
first two (2) Level 2 sales to your director in order
to become a qualified Level 2 director yourself; However,
any sale generated BELOW the level you joined on (i.e.
Level 1 sales @ $1,000.00 each sale) IS YOURS TO KEEP! See illustration below.
Once qualified, you will receive a DIRECTOR'S
RELEASE form which will enable you to collect
commissions on BOTH Level 1 & Level
2 sales FOREVER!
Your Level 2 director earned $9,600.00 with just ONE sale!
